Journey into the future

I have switched distributions from Ubuntu Linux to Linux Mint but my goals are the same, I still love Ubuntu as it is the basis for Mint...
But Mint is more stable in my experience.
I am hard at work with a few new projects and soon I will explode with new stuff.

Long time, but big Ubuntu linux project ahead

Alright, I will fess up to it.
I am a Ubuntu linux lover and supporter, it is a very decent version of linux in my mind and it has a lot of neat things to offer.
But what Ubuntu lacks is something to bring people to it from the shores of Microsoft.
General feel and looks are a big matter for this.
So currently I am surfing the net for various things to possibly attract people to the linux side of the force.
Mainly I am going to collect different themes, artworks, icons, wallpapers or whatever to bring Ubuntu some shine to it so people can see how good linux can look.
I am mainly going to deviantart for this, asking the permission of various artists to use in this project.
So here is the beginning of a long hard trek into my quest to bring linux to the masses in my own little way.
